I believe my role as therapist is to be a conduit and guide from and towards a heart-centered and mutually beneficial existence on this planet. Whether it is about nurturing and raising a child, a relationship with your own heart, discovering your sacred career, or healing the wounds of childhood, I am here to support your soul journey. My training in and passion for all things wild and Earth-based has nourished my practice over the years, and ultimately led me to become a certified Eco-therapist through Holos Institute in San Rafael, CA. I feel profoundly connected to the natural world and work hard to both embody and teach this reverence to others. I have a deep appreciation for and training in energy psychology, clairvoyance and chakra work, ecopsychology and mindfulness practices. Currently I specialize in working with women and teen girls in a holistic manner utilizing and teaching skills and tools stemming from a combination of my psychological training, experiences in the natural world, the sacred feminine and mind/body/spirit practices. I am a wife and mother and also work within the community to provide resources for and support new mothers.

I believe that we are all born with inherent wisdom and I work empathically to guide clients towards deep listening to that higher wise Self. I consider myself an advocate for the soul with the mission of assisting clients on their unique path towards self empowerment and full potential. The foundation of my own soul journey rests on that of ancient feminine wisdom, psychological and spiritual balance, and the allowance of true grace to permeate even the most mundane moments.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Graton, Ca. I have been doing clinical work since 2007. I have an MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA and a BA in Anthropology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. I am a NASW certified clinical supervisor for associates working towards licensure and I have spent many years working in schools as a counselor and am certified as a Positive Parenting Program educator. My clinical training and experience stretches well over a decade of working in the non profit mental health field. My training includes working with trauma, addiction, mood disorders, grief, relational challenges and psycho- spiritual issues. Overall, my training and experience has been layered and diverse, assisting me in cultivating my own unique way of honoring the wonderfully divine and often surprising journey of the human psyche.
