I believe my role as therapist is to be a conduit and guide from and towards a heart-centered and mutually beneficial existence on this planet. Whether it is about nurturing and raising a child, a relationship with your own heart, discovering your sacred career, or healing the wounds of childhood, I am here to support your soul journey. As a current Jungian analyst in training, I am deeply interested in your inner world and ways in which we can together bridge the conscious Self with the unconscious workings of Psyche. My training in and passion for all things wild and Earth-based has additionally nourished my practice over the years, and ultimately led me to become a certified Eco-therapist. I feel profoundly connected to the natural world and work hard to both embody and teach this reverence to others. This eco-psychological framework in combination with my Jungian and transpersonal psychology training allows me to offer a meaningful and individually crafted therapeutic experience for each client. My ongoing training at the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association of New York further allows me to deepen my understanding of how the unconscious forces in our lives impact us and how we live our lives on this planet at this time. I specialize in working with clients in a holistic manner using my skills and tools stemming from a combination of my psychological training, experiences in the natural world, the sacred feminine and mind/body/spirit practices.

I believe that we are all born with inherent wisdom and I work empathically to guide clients towards deep listening to that higher wise Self. I assist clients in cultivating a deep sense of compassion for self and other, human and non-human alike. I consider myself an advocate for the soul with the mission of assisting clients on their unique path towards self empowerment and full potential. The foundation of my own soul journey rests on that of ancient feminine wisdom, psychological and spiritual balance, and the allowance of true grace to permeate even the most mundane moments.

Additionally, after many years of working in substance abuse treatment programs and clinics I also have a profound appreciation for recovery work, emotional sobriety and the skills and courage it takes to heal and be in relationship with one’s inner child. I help clients learn to see clearly the truth about past and present and to lovingly re-parent themselves as adults on a path towards healthy individuation and maturity.
