Shannon Rogge
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My intention as a therapist is to assist my clients on their path towards wholeness. I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit and the natural world. I believe we all have the inner resources to heal our emotional wounds and that at difficult times we sometimes need a guide to remind us of our inherent gifts as humans. I am honored to be that guide for each client I see.

I encourage clients to identify personal strengths and to examine closely what is working and successful in their life. I invite clients to explore their connection to Spirit and how to manifest what their heart most desires in this lifetime. My approach in working with clients is an integrative one, utilizing my training in both solution-focused therapy and more in depth work from a transpersonal perspective. I often suggest "homework" assignments and activities to begin the integration process of utilizing learned skills outside of the office and in the personal realm of experience. I am open to discussing with clients unique and creative ways to best support and nurture the emotional and spiritual "seeds" that are cultivated in the therapy. Ultimately, I believe that the foundation of the therapy is the unique relationship that develops with each client and I always encourage collaboration and feedback about individual needs and comfort levels.
