Ways of working together in the therapy depending on your needs/wants and comfort level:

  • Short-term/brief therapy (practical approach to finding solutions, goal oriented)

  • Depth therapy (longer term, exploring early childhood and family dynamics)

  • Meeting outdoors at times to foster healing in nature

  • Family or couples therapy as needed

  • Energetically (chakra work, energetic boundaries, active imagination)

  • Mindfulness practices (breathing techniques, guided meditations)

  • Giving “homework” assignments in between sessions (journaling, meditation, art)

  • Bringing awareness/noticing patterns (relationally, behaviorally)

  • Eco-psychological framework (healing the Self and Earth simultaneously)

  • Trauma informed interventions (if there is trauma presented, all of the above is held in a trauma-informed way no matter what!).


    Session Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. I accept Blue Shield and Beacon/PHP insurances and can provide “super bills” for out of network services.
